Friends & Neighbors,
Thank you to the voters of Bend who cast your ballot for me to serve on city council and to all of you for supporting our effort through donations, volunteering, attending events and more.
While the election did not turn out the way I had hoped, I appreciate each and every one of you for being a part of my campaign. I’d especially like to thank my husband Brennan, our kids Alex and Hayli, my mom and sisters for their never-ending support, and all my friends and neighbors who played a big role in our campaign.
Congratulations to my opponents for running good campaigns, and especially to Barb Campbell who was elected to the seat.
I am proud of the positive campaign we ran that focused on important issues in Bend. I will continue to be an active member of the community, and I promise to still be someone you can trust to be respectful, honest, and there for you when you need.
Thank you again.

Erlin’s Priorities: Putting Us First
As a small business owner, entrepreneur, wife and mother, and community advocate, Erlin Taylor has the experience and vision to lead Bend towards a better path forward, and will put our community’s priorities above politics and personal agendas.
Hold our local government more accountable for budget and spending, especially on infrastructure costs and transportation.
Prioritize public safety in the city budget, and work with first responders to effectively help those who may be suffering from addiction or experiencing a mental health crisis.
Focus on attracting good paying jobs and helping local businesses develop and grow.
Addressing increasing housing costs and too many neighbors living unsheltered on our streets.
Develop relationships with local, regional and statewide leaders to ensure Bend has the resources we deserve.
